How We Work
We offer different packages solutions to better suit your needs.
You can hire us for the whole process as well as for individual services, whether it’s designing custom furniture pieces, manufacturing designs created by other professionals, or solely fitting your premium furniture. If you already have arrangements for other aspects, we’re pleased to provide a quote exclusively for one of the services mentioned above.
For any of the scenarios outlined above, don’t hesitate to drop us an email. We strive to meet your requirements to the best of our ability.
What happens if you hire us for the whole process?
Well, in this case here is a break down of how it works:
Free Estimation
You send us an email with a brief explanation of the furniture you need, including all those details that you would like to include: design style, number of drawers, type of doors, materials, finishing, etc.
Feel free to brainstorm your ideas with us, we are happy to support you through this process. Also, if you’ve come across something you like, please include as many reference images as you’d like in your email. Providing references helps us to be more accurate during the cost estimation process.
Add a couple of pictures of the spot where your furniture will be installed, and provide some general measurements of that space, such as hight, width, and depth. Don’t worry they don’t need to be extremely accurate, it’s just for us to grasp the scale of your project more effectively.
The estimate we provide will offer a price range for your custom-built furniture, along with an estimated lead time.
PLEASE NOTE:
The complimentary estimate is not the final quote; rather, it will be refined in the following phase. This means that the price may vary based on the data gathered during the site visit and your input on the customized design.
Quote
Upon acceptance of our initial estimate, we’ll send you our payment details for you to proceed with a down payment corresponding to the 10% of the provided free estimation. Following that, we’ll arrange a site visit based on your availability.
During the site visit we will take detailed measurements of your space, assess the accessibility to your property, and we will discuss with you any other design details you would like to include in your furniture. Don’t worry you will be able to change your mind about them up until the start of the manufacturing process.
After that we are going to develop your custom design alongside a comprehensive quote. Here is where the communication between us becomes crucial to find the best possible solution that accommodates your budget and preferences.
Once we reach an agreement you will then sign the contract and provide the 50% payment of the final quote. The remaining balance, minus all the amounts previously paid, becomes payable upon completion.
Manufacture
Upon receiving the contract signed and your payment, we will then proceed ordering the materials needed to start the manufacturing process. At this stage there is not much room for many changes on your design, but in any case feel free to talk to us and we will always try our best to accommodate your needs.
You’ll receive regular updates throughout the entire process. Additionally, we’ll coordinate with you to set an installation date at the beginning of the manufacturing process.
Installation
We are committed to delivering a seamless installation experience while prioritising the protection of your home.
We’ll make every effort to maintain a clean and tidy workspace, protecting your belongings with fresh dust sheets and conducting a comprehensive clean up upon completion of the installation. This will leave you with a beautiful new piece of furniture to enjoy and fill up, leaving your room neat and well-organized.
Important info
- You’re responsible for arranging and covering the cost of a parking space near the main access to your property for the whole duration of the installation process. Should that not be possible, please inform us before finalizing your quote to prevent any additional charges.
- We kindly ask you to ensure we have a safe clear path to the working area and that the room is cleared of all items enabling us to work efficiently and safely. This includes removing any furniture, clothes, and personal items. Also, please ensure there is easy access to the room for us to carrying in tools and materials. If you have any specific concerns or requirements, feel free to discuss them with us beforehand so we can accommodate your needs.
We are not liable for damages to items left in the room or any damages resulting from working around such items. While we will make every effort to move items safely if necessary, we cannot accept responsibility for any resulting damage.
- Due to the tools and materials we utilize, in most cases all the cutting will be conducted indoor on the premises. We will come equipped with clean dust sheets and effective vacuums to ensure thorough cleaning at the end of the installation process.
If your property provides access to a secure and private outdoor area or garage, we may conduct the cutting in those spaces. However, this arrangement must be agreed upon in advance to allocate sufficient time for the installation, as frequent trips between areas can prolong the process.
Although your presence for the entire installation process is not necessary, we highly recommend having someone available at the start and at the end of the installation. This will allow us to address any queries, discuss concerns, and ensure your satisfaction with the finished work.
